My name is John I have been a trainer for more than 30 years, teaching martial arts and fitness.
I am a personal trainer at Elite Fit Studio Ravenshead, as well as martial arts instructor.
My goal, as well as improving health & fitness, is to be able to help people build their confidence and to do things they never thought they could do. I aim to help everybody become the strongest and most confident version of themselves.
