Our goal, as well as improving health & fitness, is to be able to help people build their confidence and to do things they never thought they could do. We are about helping everybody become the strongest and most confident version of themselves.

WarriorFit Bootcamp
If you want to shape & define your muscles while shredding fat then these are the workouts for you. We use rowers, skierg, dumbbells, sandbags, slam balls & bodyweight exercises. In these classes to we build your muscles which increases your metabolism which means you burn more fat.

Yoga
Energy & Balance: This a beginners class and is ideal for any age or ability. It will help to improve strength, flexibility, co-ordination and breathing. We combine yoga, Pilates, Qigong and Tai Chi to improve core strength, flexibility & relaxation.

Freestyle Combat System
Kung Fu
FCS Kung Fu uses techniques from various martial arts including Praying Mantis Kung fu, Tai Chi, Bagua, kali, Savate, Jeet Kune Do, Chin Na, Kickboxing, Wing Chun, Sombo, Catch Wrestling & Tae Kwon Do.
This system comes from more than 40 years of experience in modern martial arts & self defence training. Unlike other martial arts classes you will learn real self defence techniques from a qualified & experienced instructors, who can teach you correct form and strong techniques.
This system is mainly practised for self-defence, but is also a great way to get fit & learn new skills.
Freestyle Combat System: is for age 13+ of any fitness level, for 5-12 year olds check out our Little Warriorz.

Primal Strength Camp
This class is completely different to anything else, in these workouts we focus on building strength by using the five big lifts plus functional fitness and strongman/woman type training. You will get stronger and more confident with every session.
Each week we will work one of the five big lifts ( bench press, squat, shoulder press, deadlift and bent over row) there will be a beginner, intermediate and advanced version of each lift, so everybody is able to join in and make progress
Each class will have a limited number of places and a very experienced instructor to help guide your workout.
