If you want to shape & define your muscles while shredding fat then these are the workouts for you. We use dumbbells, sandbags, slam balls & bodyweight exercises in these classes to build your muscles which increases your metabolism which means you burn more fat.
Energy & Balance: This a beginners class and is ideal for any age or ability. It will help to improve strength, flexibility, co-ordination and breathing. We combine yoga, Pilates, Qigong and Tai Chi to improve core strength, flexibility & relaxation.
Boxfit: A fun boxing based workout for all fitness levels, punch your way to fitness. Great boxing routines combined with tough exercises make this workout great for burning those calories.

We make sure you are able to use the equipment safely and correctly, we take the time to make sure you know what you are doing & feel confident. These classes are tough, challenging but great fun & are an ideal way to burn & get fit.
